What is PSY 100?

PSY 100 – Learning to Learn – is a class designed primarily for first and second year students who wish to improve their academic skills through the application of basic principals of learning.

The goal of PSY 100 is to convey a variety of effective study, organizational, and learning strategies in a class atmosphere that enables students to personalize and integrate them into their own approach to college-level learning.

PSY 100 is 3 hour, pass/fail course and is offered by permission of instructor (POI) only. One section of PSY 100 is taught every fall, spring, and summer session II. Interested students should contact Dr. Michael Shuman (shumanmp@wfu.edu).
