Wake Forest University (“Wake Forest” or the “University”) is committed to ensuring that no otherwise qualified individual with a disability is excluded from participation in, subjected to discrimination in connection with, or denied the benefits of any University programs or activities due to their disability. The University will take steps to prevent the recurrence of any discrimination and to correct discriminatory effects on the complainant and others, if appropriate.

If a student believes that the approved accommodation(s) does not fully address their functional limitations, then the student should contact the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator to start the Student Accommodation Request and Review Procedure. The outcome of this review is final. Students who believe that they have been discriminated against or harassed on the basis of their disability (including the failure to implement an accommodation in the classroom) may file a discrimination or harassment complaint through the Policy on Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.

For more information, review Wake Forest University’s Policy on Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
