Learn more about accommodations, accessibility, and legal requirements

Our office has partnered with the Office of Institutional Equity and the Technology Accessibility Program to develop a brief on demand training video, Reaching Every Student, to inform faculty on accommodations, grievance, and accessibility practices at Wake Forest University.

It is recommended that all faculty watch the 15-minute video. We would love to answer any questions you have and share additional resources in person at one of your department’s future faculty meetings. Please contact class@wfu.edu if you would like us to present at your faculty department meeting!

Need Help Adjusting for Extended Time in Canvas?

Adjusting for extended time on Canvas exams and quizzes is easier than you think. To learn more, including how to moderate multiple students at once, see this resource from Canvas. For additional on-campus support, contact your department’s ITG or visit canvas.wfu.edu.

Need Help with Tracking Attendance in Canvas?

The Attendance (Roll Call) Tool is a tool used for taking attendance in Canvas courses. Using this tool lets students see an attendance report and can help with tracking attendance for all students when attendance is a required course component. For additional on-campus support, contact your department’s ITG or visit canvas.wfu.edu.
